"Isolano" by Donnafugata is an Etna Bianco doc mainly produced with Carricante. It is harvested at the end of September, with fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. It is partly aged in cement tanks and partly in oak barrels for over 12 months.

The palate is also very elegant, complex and typical of the grape variety - softly balanced with harmoniously integrated tannins and delicately spicy roasted notes that linger on the finish.
