In typical Chablis style, the Chablisienne wines have the characteristic minerality from the predominantly Kimmeridgian terroir, with marls and deposits of small oyster shells thrown in too. Pale-yellow colour, the wine is crystal clear and brilliant. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruits with hints of peach. The freshness and complexity becomes even more intense after some time in the glass.

La Pierrelee - La Chablisienne
On opening, the first aroma is mineral with hints of flint. After aeration, the wine opens with more lemony, slightly floral notes (jasmine). The palate is fresh, well balanced with a slight sweetness which gives it a roundness. A nice tension at the finish brings minerality and length. Food and wine pairing: aperitif, white fish (lemon sauce) and cheese (fresh goat cheese).

Largest producer of Chablis, thanks to the power of the co-op, Chablisienne is also recognized as one of the highest quality in the world. The Grande Cuvée is a blend of plots from different Premier Cru appellation areas. It offers a lively and fresh attack, notes of green apple and white flowers, all in a full texture while remaining digestible. On the finish, we love the touch of minerality imbued with its native terroir. Enjoy with seafood vol-aux-vents, coquilles St. Jacques or soft cheeses.

Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru - La Chablisienne
Pale gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with light golden reflections.
Initially expressive and elegant on the nose with a subtle blend of fruit (pear), flowers (acacia) with woody notes of vanilla.
On opening, the floral notes intensify.
At first full and sweet in the mouth.
The result is a rich gourmet wine (fruity and juicy) with roasted notes caramelized on the finish.
Very nice length.

Food and wine pairings: aperitif, roasted sea bass fillet, filet mignon with chanterelle mushrooms in a pastry crust, rabbit with mustard.
