Prior symbolises Giuliano’s pioneering spirit and his belief in Prosecco di Valdobbiadene (now Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg) and in the Martinotti Charmat sparkling wine-making method with fermentation in an autoclave, also known as the Italian Method.
